Pilot data notice

This describes the shipped local demonstration. It is not a substitute for the business’s reviewed privacy notice before a public launch.

What is stored

Messages typed into the widget, qualification answers, submitted contact details, consent choices, and basic workflow events are stored in the operator’s SQLite database. The dashboard is password-protected. The operator can delete a lead and its associated conversation.

Demo and connected services

In demo mode, questions are matched locally against approved FAQs. No Gemini call or email is sent. If Gemini is configured, the question (with common email/phone patterns removed) and approved business FAQs are sent to Google. Redaction is not guaranteed; never share sensitive information. If Resend is configured, an owner notification containing contact details is submitted to that email service.

Your choices

Contact submission requires agreement to a response about the request. Optional marketing interest is off by default; no marketing campaigns or SMS are included in V1. This pilot is for adults 18 and over. Do not send passwords, banking details or medical information.

Before public use

The business must publish its own accurate privacy notice, identify its contact for data requests, review provider terms and retention, and approve its content. A conversation notice is not a full legal compliance program.
